This is a one-stop service for children’s centres and other organisations, to aid with effective, memorable and purposeful event planning for open days, launch days, family fun days and more.
WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE FOR EVENT PLANNING
We simply ask that you use Bejewelled Hub to facilitate the creative activities at your event. Working in collaboration with our sister company, SMarties – and having over 15 years creative and event planning experience between us, we are able to provide a wide range of activities for children, adults, families and more. These include face painting, henna, various arts and crafts and many other activities. We can adapt each activity to suit the target audience and to meet your organisation’s objectives. We have a great understanding of how children’s centres and community organisations work and can also aid with any data capture that needs to be done whilst people partake in the activities that we are facilitating.
If you make us the main facilitator at your event, we are happy to help publicise the event by designing complimentary electronic leaflets and posters, which can be emailed or printed by your organisation. We will also publicise the event ourselves, via relevant social media groups, forums and local resources. We are happy to discuss in detail how we are able to tailor our publicity to your specific event.
Additionally, we will also provide complimentary event photography and supply you with a range of electronic photos that meet your requirements, within 24 hours of your event. With this, we are able to handle all permissions paperwork if this is required.
All of our tutors and facilitators are enhanced DBS checked and vetted.
We are extremely passionate about creativity and community outreach and enrichment. The Bejewelled Hub gives us the opportunity to express this passion whilst providing you with an all-round service that leaves you to focus on other aspects of your event and the objectives behind it.
